Refund Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

1. Our policy in short

Because subscribing gives you immediate, full access to all of a paper's content, we don't offer refunds for a billing period once it has started. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing — it takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you won't be charged again. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

2. Your right to cancel for a refund (cooling-off period)

If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, the law normally gives you a 14-day "cooling-off" period after buying digital content, during which you can cancel for a full refund. Because our content is delivered to you instantly upon payment, this right can only be removed if you expressly ask for immediate access and acknowledge that doing so means you lose the cooling-off period once you do.

At checkout, you're asked to confirm you understand and agree to this before your subscription begins. If you provide that confirmation, section 1 above applies and no cooling-off refund is available. If you do not, and you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing without having substantially used the content, you're entitled to a refund for that period under statutory consumer protection law — contact us using the details below and we'll process it.

This section describes your statutory rights honestly, and we intend to honour them exactly as written. If anything here reads as inconsistent with consumer law in your country, your statutory rights take priority over this policy regardless of what it says.

3. Faulty or misdescribed service

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights if the Service is faulty, not as described, or we've made an error — for example a billing mistake, a duplicate charge, or a technical fault that genuinely prevented you from using what you paid for. Contact us and we'll put it right, including a refund where that's the appropriate remedy.

4. How to request a refund or cancel

  • To cancel: sign in, click "Manage subscription", and cancel from Stripe's secure billing portal. This takes effect immediately for future billing, at the end of your current paid period.
  • To request a refund under section 2 or 3 above: email [support@inventait.com] from the address linked to your account, including when you subscribed and the reason for your request.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take longer to show it.
